As 8th Grade Promotion nears, please review Southwestern College’s Guidelines for Attendees below.  If you haven’t already had an opportunity to read through it, additional important information can be found in the End of the Year Parent Letter.

2015 SOUTHWESTERN COLLEGE PROMOTION/GRADUATION INFORMATION-Guidelines for Attendees

1)  Please arrive 1 hour prior to ceremony to park and find seating.

2)  Southwestern College management will NOT ALLOW the following items to be brought into the stadium:

• Strollers
• Infant Seats/Car Seats
• Airhorns
• Balloons
• Banners or Signs
• Backpacks
• Coolers
• Food (one clear zip-lock bag with snack food is allowed)
• Beverages (one factory sealed bottle of water up to 20 oz. is allowed)
• Flyers
• Frisbees
• Laser Pointers
• Lawn Chairs
• Musical Instruments
• Sharp or Dangerous Items
• Weapons
• Stickers
• Tripods
• Umbrellas

3)  At the conclusion of the ceremony, please help prevent traffic jams by exiting the facility and parking lot in a timely manner.
